FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) When will my order be shipped? Orders generally ship the day you place your order if your order is placed before 4:00 PM EST. All orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM, will be shipped on Monday. Can I return a purchase? Indeed. If for any reason you aren't happy with your order, we'll refund your purchase. However, in the case of Gift Baskets, "Just Treats" Gift Boxes or any item that includes treats, once you have opened any sealed package of treats or your pet has consumed any part of them, we cannot refund that part of your order. When you return the entire product to us (see Customer Care link at the bottom of any webpage) only that item will be deducted from your refund. Who is PayPal? PayPal is one of the largest and most reliable processors of on-line credit card payments. You may notice that PayPal is an option on many, many sites. Many people have PayPal accounts. Your information is encrypted and sent over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. If you are a member, your credit card information is stored with PayPal and therefore you don't give that information to each and every site from which you make purchases. Just go to www.paypal.com for more information. Can I place my order over the phone? Yes, we would be happy to take your order by phone. Just give us a call between 10am and 5pm, Eastern Time Zone, Monday through Friday. If we happen to be out you'll be asked to leave a message.
